Custom Homes

Winton/Flair Homes is extremely proud of the "One Stop" service that is offered to all prospective customers for custom designed and custom built homes.

It all starts with an inventory of over 200 lots in both El Paso and Las Cruces. Once the lot is chosen, the customer can use any of our many existing plans, choose to have any of those plans modified in our CAD equipped Design Department, or, if desired, the customer can bring their own plan, or have us modify their plan. All this process will be carefully and professionally supervised by Letty Mata, the premier designer of Winton Homes for the last 25 years.

While in design, the customer can choose exactly what they would like in their new home. Our two interior designers will guide the customer through our 8000 square foot Design Center as they make their many selections varying from air appliances to window coverings, and all the items in between such as flooring, counter tops, roofing, cabinets, and plumbing fixtures and faucets.

When these three things are complete, the lot, the plan and the Customer Requirements, to the customers satisfaction, our computer, along with a generous portion of management expertise, the customer is provided with the price of the entire project. We then make adjustments so that your features match your budget. At that time we enter into an agreement.

Six months later, as we hand you your keys, you can say "This is exactly what I wanted, not what someone else thought I wanted!"
