Customer Care

Customer Care permeates our entire organization. From the people who clean the offices and job sites, to the craftsmen who do the construction, to the supervisors who manage the construction, to the quality control staff, to the Chairman to the Board, the overriding program is Customer Care. Every Board Meeting emphasizes Customer Care and bonuses are judged on employee Customer Care performance, and Customer Care is central to our sales program.

Because of our continuing effort to build energy efficient homes, and our strict adherence to Energy Star practices and procedures, the EPA has name Winton/Flair homes a national Energy Star partner of the year for 2006, 2007, and 2008.
