Departments - Sales

The sales department is managed by Scott Winton, with a  family heritage in the business for over 35+ years.

The department is designed to help all of our customers select the best home in the area they want to live in. This is accomplished through our Builder Representatives in each of our subdivisions. We also work through the real estate professionals who appreciate our quality and the service that we give their individual clients.

Winton Sales Associates-
     This group of people work for Winton/Flair and are assigned to various subdivisions throughout the El Paso and Las Cruces area. They are well         trained in all facets of the homebuilding process and are dedicated to providing great service to all our customers.

Realtor Sales-
    Winton/Flair is a Realtor Friendly Company. We encourage Realtors to put Winton/Flair and ACCENT Homes into their properties portfolio. Realtors should be sure to check who the listing agent is in the MLS or ask the Builder Representative at the appropriate neighborhood. All Realtors are encouraged to sell all of our products and our sales team will help the buying process for their customers be as smooth as possible.

Jack Winton Realty-
       Often times our licensed agents coordinate the sale of our customer's existing home to facilitate the purchase of their new home. We also represent buyers for other builder's products and for re-sale homes. Our knowledge in the way that we build our homes sets us apart from our competition.
