Laguna Meadows is a Gated Community in The El Paso Upper Valley. From IH-10 West, exit at Artcraft and turn left. Follow Artcraft to Upper Valley and turn left. Follow Upper Valley approximately 1/2 mile and turn right into gate of Laguna Meadows.
