When we build your dream home you will receive, in writing, a two year guarantee on everything in your new home, and a ten year structural guarantee provided by Bonded Builders.

This warranty is backed up by a staff of eight people. This department is managed by Tony Chavez who has 20 years in the home building business, a super scheduler and five craftsmen who do their very best to make our customers happy. There is a person available 24/7 to manage emergencies.
