Winton and Associates is proud to  provide one of the very best warranty programs in the home building business.

When Winton/Flair, Winton & Associates or our Saddleblanket Branded Homes divisions of The Winton Group builds your dream home you will receive, in writing, a two year guarantee on everything in your new home, and a ten year structural guarantee provided by Bonded Builders. * 

This warranty is backed up by a staff of eight people. This department is managed by Tony Chavez who has 20 years in the home building business, a super scheduler and five craftsmen who do their very best to make our customers happy. There is a person available 24/7 to manage emergencies.

*   The ACCENT Homes warranty covers everything in your home for 1 year with a 30 day and 11 month check up and tune up. There is also the same 10 years structural warranty supplied by Bonded Builders.
